Putting our youth over everything

To make a difference in our local community by working with high risk youth in order to fulfill the promise of a brighter tomorrow and years to come through mentorship.

Youth of Promise provides services for higher risk children in the community that need us the most. We have observed that most of these children are living in poverty, single parent households, and/or has a parent that is incarcerated.

Why Us?

Youth of Promise provides opportunities for youth to have a foundation to reach their full potential through mentoring and community engagement.  Youth of Promise is driven by people full of passion to serve the young people in our community and serve through mentorship.  We strive to inspire all young people to find achieve their goals and build upon the principle ‘it takes a village to raise a child’. We also believe that there is a monumental difference between telling young people the right thing to do versus engaging them with word and deed.  We want to foster an underlying strength of empowerment through our organization mentoring program.  We also promote positive body image, mental and emotional well being as well as peer support.
